That had brought me to this, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JzRb1OVpat0 The Day the Earth Stood Still theremin studio session, and one of the comments, "i wonder if a theremin can make the WOOO-WEEEEE-WOOOO noise we so commonly associate with aliens..." had me wondering, what movie did that stereotypical music/sound come from?
