looks to me like she got a stick
-
I imagine the savings on her car insurance are going to be equally impressive.
-
This is a good stick, and we will call it .... The Stick.
-
I know geckos are smart 'cause I see that one on the teevee all the time, but ... they can do crossword puzzles?

Only if you threaten to hit them with The Stick.

Geckos is nice.

We have these lil' gecko-like critters at work but they are only 2 or 3 inches long. Anyone know what type of reptile/amphibian this would be (Dallas Tx, industrial area)?

In the DFW area we have both diurnal green anoles and nocturnal geckos. I have not seen a brown anole, yet, but can recognize them form my years in Florida, which was thick with them. They are an invasive species and have nearly pushed out the native green anoles.
FTR, I am very pro-lizard. As a kid I would "hunt" brown anoles with my pellet gun to provide breathing room for the greens nearby.

Whichever they are they're as cute as can be. I only wish they'd let me get close enough for a good look. I know I'm huge from their perspective, but harmless to them as long as I can see them and avoid stepping on them.

A lizard, and stick to beat it with. Completeness.
BTW, seen sitting on a woodpile thru the scope of a good .22, you can imagine that they are some-sorta-saurus, and that you are deploying G-d's whisk broom. Pop! There, saved all y'all li'l bugs 'n stuff from the horrible one.
Oh yeah, like none of y'all have ever done THAT before. ;/

Love lizards! They eat bugs and are FAR less creepy than spiders. The one in the pic is really cute Stand-Waite. I think you should just get yourself one. And happy birthday whenever it was.

Of course we will. Because we're so original here. I can't really say anything though, I have a Burr fish named Burton and a King Charles Spanial named Charlie.

I'm going home now. Good bye.

She'll be in her bunk.
I like "house lizards." They keep the bugs, including spiders, to a low roar.

You can loan it to me when you're done. I've only seen 3-4 episodes total.

"Day" is a vestigial mode of time measurement based on solar cycles. It's not applicable... I didn't get you anything

Of course RKL. As soon as I've committed all episodes to memory, I'll drop it in the mail to you. Shouldn't take long since I suspect I've heard most of the highlights here already....

Nearest Target store is a 90+ mile round trip. If I was that interested I'd order it.
