Hickenloper says the shutdown is deterring him from throwing his hat in the ring to become Dear Leader in 2016. The recalls had nothing to do with it. Nothing at all.

I'm running as a write in. I figger if all my facebook friends and gun board people all shared my name as a write in from now till Nov. 2016 I'm a cinch. The innertube tells me if you share this with 20 people and those 20 share with 20 etc etc, I will reach everyone in America including the dead to write me in.
Once elected, I'll be taking resume's for cushy jobs and cabinet positions.

Done. However as director, I can't/won't pay you. However, you have full access to play with anything in the ATF's reference firearms library as long as you clean it when done.

Proper duty is to ignore all those stupid gun laws, therefore reducing the number of ATF employees to one.
