BigJake's point really did go over your head.  If you look at Tecumseh's other posts, you'll see he is quite open in his contempt for religion, Christian or otherwise, and his rejection of same.  He seems to use his "Christian upbringing" (and I'll assume he had one), as a way to point out the alleged hypocrisy of conservatives and/or Christians.

And who is tolerating making fun of Christians? From this thread, it looked like Bigjake was the one doing that, and that's what I was responding to.  I don't know what else Tecumseh has said about Christians, so while fistful gives some context, on this thread, all I see is Bigjake pouncing on someone for mentioning his Christian upbringing.
