I just wonder when the appeasement towards the muslim world is going to stop.

At some point, those people have GOT to be held responsible for policing up their own.

What are the appeasement measures you're referring to?

I bet they're attacking Russia because it's so free.  Wouldn't have anything to do with decades of rule by KGB, and then a brutal war on civillians by the red army.  No, if it were that, all the Islam bashing would make no sense.

If I had to do it over again, I'd not make the post.  I'm not going to edit it, though, as it is both an object lesson to me WRT sensitivity and clarity and to you in making assumptions ("HURR DURR MUSLIMs SUCK AND AMERICA RULES").

You can save your embarrassment for someone who intended to make fun of the victims.  It is pretty apparent the target of my post was the folks who murdered them...and that I hold the ideology that endorses such acts in contempt.

For clarity's sake, I  ought to have linked to the video, and accompanying article, as the pieces are of the bomber, not his victims.  Hence the "Religion of (blown to) Pieces."

Yeah, I know, and I apologize.  I agree with you 100%.  I think being a religion of peace requires them to reign in their wild sects.

They're probably right, though.  Almost everything bad that happens in Russia is a result of the Caucuses or daghestan.

Well, not quite. I'd say it's more the result of this ridiculous fixation on "the vertical of power". Sometimes this pisses off someone from the Caucasus, and sometimes it causes riots in the East.

Red Herring. Blowing up innocents in suicide fashion is never the right answer, regardless of how oppressive a government is.
