Do any of you old timers with a SECRET remember the section Jamis pointed to? I remember almost every part of the form except for all the "terrorism" references. I see the form was revised in 2008 though.

It popped up sometime since 98. It wasn't on my first one, but was on the subsequent ones.  I believe it predates the 08 revision though.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,

I am in the process of getting a Secret for my new job. Section 29 Question G bothered me.  The wording....Here...skip ahead to 29.
http://www.opm.gov/forms/pdf_fill/sf86.pdf
i've never been part of any groups, but I thought that one was troublesome. The rest of the questions ask about actual overthrow, or acts of terrorisim. G asks if you've just been part of a militia.  Huh.  What if your group fully believes in and supports constitution? (like Declaration Day's group).

29.(e).  YES, Every Time I Vote.

I'm pretty sure that voting isn't what they have in mind with the phrase "by force".

Kind of a new twist.  They're only asking $170 for a "Clearance Certificate from the Economic And Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC)."

Frankly, I get a high degree of amusement out a lot of my spam.

Gotta go.  I've only got four more days to contact drfrankwilliams2011@hotmail.com about getting that Certificate.

Doesn't USC define "the militia" as all able-bodied males between 18 and 45?  (or something like that.)  And the 14th Amendment arguably extends that definition to females and old people.
"It's good, though..."
