I heard “food desert” news the other night. A race baiter Al Sharpton wannabe was doing her whining on TV and threw that bullshit word in the middle of her speil about wanting to get the black mothers out of jail for Mother’s Day  ;/ Must be one of their dog whistle terms

Yep, it is a dog whistle term. I pretty much means that everyone is a hatey racist because either they won't set up a commercial enterprise selling groceries at a loss in a high crime area, or because those that do, sell at prices that account for their high shrinkage costs.

"High shrinkage costs."

Now THERE's a euphemism if I've ever heard one.

I witnessed the food desert this afternoon. Was working on a machine on the bad side of town and rolled up to the convienience store just up the road to grab a soda. The pizza was $10. A travesty! None of the disadvantaged “unfortunate” people were standing up to complain though they were too busy buying lotto tickets and smokes
