Harold's right... this guy's a SEEL! He's got the saran wrap there to waterproof his gun and mags. And all the tactical guys plug the navel. Navel lint is decidedly untactical. Since flash-bangs might fail after exposure to water, he carries a colorful towel to fulfill this purpose.
