So last Tuesday one of my users asked me for a new mouse for her laptop, as hers had died. I sent one up via interoffice mail that day. She's at a location 40 miles from my office. Every day since then, she has asked me where it is, and every day I tell her the same thing. I sent it up with so and so, ask her where the office mail is. Each day it's like she has forgotten the conversation of the previous day. Here is today's interaction.
(2:50 PM) USER***: whre did you put my mouse?
(2:51 PM) dasmi: I didn't put it anywhere. I handed it to *******, in an interoffice envelope, and asked her to send it to you.
(2:52 PM) USER***: ok i have just got to track it down
(2:52 PM) USER***: thanks
(2:52 PM) dasmi: She just told me it went up there today.
(2:52 PM) dasmi: Sorry, if I 'd known it would take that long I would have driven it up myself.
(2:52 PM) USER***: really?
(2:53 PM) dasmi: Really.
(2:53 PM) USER***: i will try and get it today fron ******** she is down there today
(2:53 PM) dasmi: OK.
(2:53 PM) USER***: maybe u can give it to her for me?
(2:53 PM) dasmi: I don't have it. I gave it to *********, she sent up there today.
(2:53 PM) dasmi: I don't know who she sent it with, but she said it's on the way to *********.
