It depends on the context, and on what name you're using. On this forum, we've been calling him, "the One," or "the Messiah," or some-such. That's not usually childish or stupid, that's a humorous comment about his supporters. Or at least about some of them. But I wouldn't call him that in a lot of other places; it would be counter-productive.
