Ouch, someone is doing fed time if they get caught with stolen NFA items.

Ya but the gun charges will be this first ones pleaded down. It will be trespassing charges and time served in the end.

Not with theft from a FFL, theft of NFA items, and possession of NFA items without tax stamps.  =)

Feel for them.

My brother's house was broken into while he was away on business. The only thing they took was the Ruger P89 that I gave to him as a gift.  :(

Ouch. Damn, I hope they're found, and those responsible go to prison for a long, long time.

The man that invented the damn things called them silencers. The gov't calls them silencers. They're silencers, tacticool industry pros calling them "suppressors" aside.

Yeah, right.  Its easier for a prosecutor to keep that success rate % high and plead down than to risk proving someone's guilt in court.  Ballless prosecutors are why gun laws do not work.
