Was the cat cleaning the rat or tasting it?

The cat may not have been "abused," but it sure was broken or reprogrammed.

I can understand cats and dogs getting along... happens all the time.  But that cat will now never subsist within the food chain, seeing rodents as companions.

You see this sort of stuff frequently with human raised, well fed animals.

  • I'm sorry, Dave. I'm afraid I can't do that.

I met the guy and his animals just the other night, it is his gimmick.
He uses them to panhandle tourist, right now he's in San Francisco, his hair is longer now and he is shabbier then the vid, but its the same cat and dog, rats don't live long so it could be a different one
Politicians and bureaucrats are considered productive if they swarm the populace like a plague of locust, devouring all substance in their path and leaving a swath of destruction like a firestorm. The technical term is "bipartisanship".
