I promise myself all the time that I will be surprised at nothing. But it just keeps getting worse. The leftist extremist authoritarianism has to stop somewhere. Where? Is there an end? Will my children think this is normal?

I'm converting to whichever order of Amish is OK with cars as long as they are black and the crome is painted over, and moving to Cali just to see if they really want to mess with that.

The CA ninnies want to use light colors to reflect solar heat. Mames sense, but what happens to that reflected heat? It doesn't just bounce into space.

Greenhouse are light-colored; they are clear, but still get quite warm.

The reflected light and heat is absorbed by the flying unicorns that Barack Obama provided.

I think y'all are just confused about the seriously brilliant idea here.

They looked at the color of all the cars that have caught on fire and determined that only black cars catch on fire. When they burn, they release a lot of carbon emissions and pollution so banning only the black cars should completely eliminate car fires and therefore help the environment and help prevent global warming.

I've been to post-communist countries. They are bright enough to know communism doesn't work out so well. I'm guessing the PRK isn't that bright.

I don't think the black car ban will go anywhere. Black cars look cool, and what celebrity would prefer pulling up to an event in a muddy brown limo?

They're constantly coming up with proposed bans out here that go nowhere, such as the one against spanking your child.

I'd put more stock in a proposal to specially tax black cars.
