I couldn't find a thread discussing this anywhere. It's from back in January, but they were talking about it on Glenn Beck today. At first I thought it was one of their parodies. Unfortunately, it's real. Maybe you've all heard of this and I'm just slow. I think this video is one of the creepiest things I've seen in a long time. Yes, they're Hollywood idiots, but the cult of personality that's being built up around Obama is disturbing.

These two irked me.

LoL I was wondering this the other day!
While we where in school why did we have to pledge our allegiance to the flag every morning? Did they think we denounced our citizenship once we left school that afternoon? Seriously WTF?

You won't get it out of me.  If a pledge doesn't specifically assign my primary loyalty to the Constitution, I'm not saying it.  I have no problem swearing my loyalty to the flag, the government, the President, etc.  So long as all of those are superseded by loyalty to the Constitution first.

I saw Penn and Teller do this bit from a distance of 15 feet, and got a bit choked up and misty eyed.  A lot of truth in one short bit.  Not all "entertainment" has to be moronic drivel.
