Audacity of the Hos

If liberal weather vane Jon Stewart is catching on to this and is outraged, I see problems ahead for Acorn.

Where is balrog?   We need his avatar!

Quote from: Jon Stewart
This is an impressive expose.  I'd love to know the intrepid journalists who did this.  60 minutes?  AP?  Catch the predator guy?  (Picture of whitest guy on the planet) ARE YOU *&*^&* KIDDING ME?  First of all...  Your pimp costume appears to be a fur coat on top of your Andover uniform.  Second of all.   Where were the real reporters on this story?  You know what....  WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU?   Do you know who broke this story?  Those two.    Are you telling me two kids from the cast of High School Musical 3 can break this story with a video camera and their grandmother's chinchilla coat and you got NOTHING?   ..  They did it for three thousand dollars.  That's Wolf Blitz's monthly beard wetvac budget.  (snip)  I'm a fake journalist and I'm embarrassed these guys scooped me!

He is a very funny man.

Unfortunately, like many comedians, he is also very liberal. Since he often lets his liberal bias color his comedy, it becomes less funny.

I don't watch his show, so I'll take your word for it. But he's not covering for ACORN on this one. Maybe that's because nobody wants to go out on a limb for them any more.

That was so funny that I've watched it four times in the last two days. :D

In his defense, he's at least somewhat fair and intelectualy honest. Hence his reaction to (and willingness to publicize) the Acorn scandal.

I also place him above the MSM, because he is at least honest about what his bias is, and does not pretend to any sham impartiality, and as such actualy winds up being more impartial than the MSM...
I promise not to duck.

So if he had a conservative bias he'd be funnier?

No. His bias detracts from his humor. If he had a conservative bias, he'd be unique, but not necessarily funnier.

In today's environment there is plenty of political and monetary gold for equal opportunity establishment bashing.
"Men, it has been well said, think in herds. It will be seen that they go mad in herds, while they only recover their senses slowly, and one by one."
- Charles Mackay, Scottish journalist, circa 1841

"Our society is run by insane people for insane objectives. I think we're being run by maniacs for maniacal ends and I think I'm liable to be put away as insane for expressing that. That's what's insane about it." - John Lennon
