Which way do you hang your TP?

UNDER

Over is clearly superior...

Free roaming rolls are sloppy and bother me deeply.
I dislike finding the TP or the PT not on the roll. I'm less picky about weather the PT is over or under, though.

True story, secondhand (I wasn't there)
Early AM at hunting camp. Buddy goes to clean his personal areas with some baby wipes, just to freshen up for the day. Mistakenly grabs himself some Clorox bleach wipes....drags his ass in the snow yelling something about it being on fire along with enough expletitives to make a sailor blush....
