Sun Harvest Market?

Never heard of them, but Lubbock is getting a store.  In the news blurb they talk about a commitment to fresh, locally grown produce and I was wondering if anyone can confirm or deny?

Confirm. Sun Harvest has been operating in San Antonio for 25+ years. Think of them as a smaller Whole Foods, with an emphasis on fresh produce and health foods. Not cheap, but the quality is consistent.
