What are you guys putting this sauce on?

I've tried it on bagels (in place of jam), it was amazing. Tried it on a bit of my SO's steak the other night, wow. Tried it on grilled chicken, double wow.

Heck, I had some on a salad in place of dressing, thinned out with a bit of walnut oil and whisked. Really quite tasty.

They have the entire line in 40 ouncers for that price?  Well... $%#!!!

Want to rethink my sending you some? ;)

Thanks guys! I think I'm going to order the same thing as Brad: http://www.amazon.com/Fischer-Wieser-Ultimate-21-Ounce-Bottles/dp/B000O245S2/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&s=grocery&qid=1272633165&sr=1-2

Awesome! I even emailed the link to my mother in law and told her to be prepared to start cooking with them...cause my wife doesn't cook meat (vegetarian) and there is no way I can use all 6 bottles myself (well...if its really good I might lol).

.....does NO ONE notice when I say, hey, I'm able to buy it for $8.39-8.59/40oz? The 6-pack is $6-7, for ~20oz.

I'm willing to pass on savings, and at least three bottles will fit into a $15 flat rate box, maybe four or five.

I noticed.  But then I live five minutes from a Costco.  Just need to check if my local one carries it. :)

Well, if not, and you want more than a couple flavors or more than one 40oz bottle of the same flavor, my math seems to hold that it would be a money-saver to find a Costco that has it, or have me send some. :)

I just hate when people spend money they don't need to, but even at $6-7/20oz, this stuff is WORTH IT. Really good sauce, quite tasty, no heartburn, no.... aftereffects....

Yay, they have it at nearly twice the price? ???

$8.59/40oz, $0.21/oz.

$49.66/120oz, $0.41/oz.

Math. It's what's for breakfast.

Does this sauce go well on math?

sorry man, but shipping shipping shipping. [popcorn] or the mileage if you don't live next to a costco. puts it close to even. =) never mind the costco card is 50bucks now. :O do they still let you get the day pass and pay a percentage more? ??? might have to drive down to Winston if so. =D oh and that's 8bucks in gas from here. =|

I don't understand how anyone could live without a Costco card. It pays for itself just in paper goods in maybe 6 months.

Indeed. JUST in rice, flour, toilet paper, and cheap green veggies (lettuce, etc.) I saved enough in first two months to pay the entry fee.

While I do enjoy making my own sauces, jellies, and jams, $8.59 for 40oz is so cheap, and convenient, that it's worth my buying it at least once in a while to have. To make a large batch for cost effectiveness and can it would result in simply too much, as I don't see myself using much more than 40-80oz per year. :)

I was turned on to a raspberry chipotle sauce with Dante's Inferno brand years back.
I can't for the life of me find them online.  Maybe due to the game taking over search results.
Or it could be this awefull sinus junk I'm sick with, is disabling my googlefu.
I'll have to look into this Costco brand version.
Raspberry Chipotle makes one awesome grilling glaze.

How big is a serving of the stuff and how much sodium does it have in it?

It's here! Nummy times tonight.

I did some calcs on having someone get it at Costco and ship it.  Taking into account the packing material volume, four 40 oz bottles would be about the max you could reliably ship in the $15 flat rate box without fear of 'sploding one in transit.  At $9 per bottle that's 31 cents an ounce, shipped.  At $40 the 120 oz pack is $0.33 an ounce, shipped.  The tiny diff wouldn't even offset the fuel cost on a special-purpose trip to get the product unless you bought a pallet load at a time.

1 tablespoon, 60mg sodium. It's actually fairly healthy stuff. :)

And delicious! Oh so delicious! If I could get away with it I'd likely drink it straight from the bottle!  :)

Oh. Sweet. Lord.

You guys MUST try the charred pineapple bourbon sauce. NOW.

I just had some on locally raised and slaughtered pork, and it was downright heavenly.
