Neal Boortz played the ad on his radio program this morning.

Yeah, effective, scary ... dramatic.   Wish we could tie Pelosi, Reid, Franks, Reid, and other dems to chairs and force them to watch this on a continuous loop .....  >:D

You'd be better served to do the aforementioned to the ill informed cretins who voted for the above.

Being in possession of what facts are available as to the condition of our country and why and how it got there, I'd be hard pressed to even admit to being a Democrat.   The lies they tell are so bold face as to elevate those lies to epic proportion and the eloi walk in lockstep in their support.

We have a lawyer in W. Michigan running for the Fed House who is an admitted (pre campaign comments) lockstep Obama, Pelosi, Reid Democrat, who sounds like a conservative Republican in his campaign ads and speeches.  He even has RINO's in his camp because they are so damn dumb in believing he'll separate himself from the Leftists.  He lies through his teeth, deletes any questions from his website or facebook page that post his positions on his leftist stance.  He is in a virtual tie with a good constitutional conservative Republican businessman who has a trail of good things and good stands on issues.  He even reads every bill that's come before him in the Michigan House, then posts his opinion on the bills on his facebook page while describing what the bill is about.

No wonder our country is so screwed up.  It's not the people who run for office, it's the damn fools who put them there.

Truth be told, China holding so much of our debt issue is really economic MAD, it's not a one-way street, in reality we have each other by the short-n-curlys here. By divesting our debt, they can crash the dollar. But by doing so, they destroy their own holdings, AND they destroy their #2 market, namely us, which in turn destroys their currency too. (And a U.S. collapse started by a Chinese debt divestiture would collapse their #1 market, the E.U., which would further hurt them.)

And China has some very HUGE problems in their fundamentals, some of which are endemic to their land and demographics, and others to the command portion of their economy, where they can just sweep certain problems under the rug.

An actual U.S. collapse would take them right down with us, and would look even worse over there.

However, I still like the ad, and approve of it's message.  =D
I promise not to duck.

Yeah ... I was sort of wondering what "the other shoe" was in the equation.   [popcorn]

The whole Chinese debt thing makes this funny in an "Aw sh*te!" kind of way.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

Conservatives see George Orwell's "1984" as a cautionary tale.  Progressives view it as a "how to" manual.

My wife often says to me, "You are evil and must be destroyed." She may be right.

Liberals believe one should never let reason, logic and facts get in the way of a good emotional argument.
