From Engadget this morning.
PRETTY COOL:
I've been seeing a lot of stories lately on autonomous cars. This one is kinda cool because it's not only driverless, but crossed all kinds of environments without ever stopping for fuel. Sounds like a good Zombie Apocolypse vehicle.

KINDA SAD:
Some places should still be technology free.

Neat stuff with the autonomous cars, but the Everest thing really doesn't bother me that much. Personally I like that climbers will be able to call for help if the fecal effluent impacts the oscillating atmospheric impeller.
