"Those Convicted Would Be Required To Register As Sex Offenders"

Quote from New Hampshire bill:
"AN ACT making the touching or viewing with a technological device of a person’s breasts or genitals by a government security agent without probable cause a sexual assault.
...
This bill makes the touching or viewing with a technological device of a person’s breasts or genitals by a government security agent without probable cause a sexual assault. This bill classifies persons convicted of the offense as tier III offenders under the criminal offenders registry."

Sounds reasonable to me.

raw opinion without reading or researching:
This is fantastic. The mentality that .gov entities should be able to do things simply because "they're the .gov" is a horrible thing.

Awesome.

Sending to my rep as a proposed bill.

Written to my State Senator:

Quote
Mr. Pearce:

Over in New Hampshire, their legislature has a new bill.  New Hampshire House Bill HB628-FN will make it against the law for a government security agent to touch breasts or genital areas, or to examine via electronic means those same regions, without probable cause.  And it will require those government agents to then register as sex offenders if convicted.

Please introduce something similar here in AZ.  The TSA has gone too far.  John Pistole is the greatest danger our country faces with his growing Statist encroachment into our daily lives.

Feel free to borrow and send to your State legislators.

Heck, I'm gonna see if I can donate a couple bucks to the guy.
"Rev, your picture is in my King James Bible, where Paul talks about "inventors of evil."  Yes, I know you'll take that as a compliment."  - Fistful, possibly highest compliment I've ever received.
