This is fantastic. The mentality that .gov entities should be able to do things simply because "they're the .gov" is a horrible thing.

Over in New Hampshire, their legislature has a new bill.  New Hampshire House Bill HB628-FN will make it against the law for a government security agent to touch breasts or genital areas, or to examine via electronic means those same regions, without probable cause.  And it will require those government agents to then register as sex offenders if convicted.

Please introduce something similar here in AZ.  The TSA has gone too far.  John Pistole is the greatest danger our country faces with his growing Statist encroachment into our daily lives.
