I got sum uh that "Heeltastic" stuff and it works pretty good, but my self-discipline quotient (SDQ) is too low to use it regularly.
Unfortunately, bluestarlizzard, after 72 years of hiking, running, walking, jumping, biking, etc, the equilibrium between developing calluses and getting rid of them has shifted too far to the "developing" side of the equation. Since I'm retired now, I don't walk all that much any more, so I'm hoping to force the equation back the other way.
I found that applying emollients, like that Heeltastic stuff, then putting those clear plastic produce bags you find at the supermarkets over my footsies (with socks over the bags) overnight is a great boon to shifting things the other way.
My feet ain't too ugly, I do keep stuff trimmed down and clean, but those calluses are a trial. I got one of those foot-scrubber thingies that you stick your foot in like a shoe and wiggle it to and fro, but I haven't figured out a decent way to mount it in the tub.
"Router" and "Androids" for relevance.
Oh, and "gun."
