I saw this thread over on the www.gunrightsmedia.com site.  On the last page of the thread, the following links were posted.  It is all about a lawsuit filed over copyright infringement of a newspaper story online.  It looks like it could have an affect on what is allowed as far as posting pieces of stories on sites like this.  At the least, it hopefully can discourage companies from using lawsuit threats as a revenue source.
