Seattle terror plot foiled

Interesting story.  At first they were going to attack JB Lewis-McChord, but decided to focus on a military intake station instead.

And here I sit, in my .gov facility, gate wide open with no guard, disarmed because it made some administrator's risk assesment look better.

And really, at bottom, that's all that truly matters, isn't it?

So this fine individual was unarmed... and bought a pile of inert guns from a police informant?

Get with the times, Micro.

Gun shaped inert objects are just the same as a deadly weapon.  Ask any high-school administrator in this country.

It was the Gadsden flag that gave them away.

Obviously not just a descendant of one of the original Mayflower pioneers, but also a proud scion of Parker's terrorist group from Lexington Green.

It is much more powerful to seek Truth for one's self.  Seeing and hearing that others seem to have found it can be a motivation.  With me, I was drawn because of much error and bad judgment on my part. Confronting one's own errors and bad judgment is a very life altering situation.  Confronting the errors and bad judgment of others is usually hypocrisy.

Both of the accused are native-born American citizens: Joseph Davis and Fred Domingue, before they changed their names.

I don't know about you, but a guy who changes his name to Mujahid seems mighty suspicious to me.

In fact "deliberately changed his name to 'Mujahid'" seems more suspicious than "is born in Saudi Arabia".
