I'm not sure what you mean by "bottom toolbar," but with Firefox 5 I can toggle an Add-On Bar from a drop-down menu, by right-clicking near the top of the browser. The Add-On Bar sits at the bottom, and has icons for my extensions in it. Is that the bar you're talking about?

I've heard other people complain that Firefox 4/5 takes away their top-mounted toolbar, and there's a similar fix for that.


That's kind of how I felt about it. I thought it was supposed to put my most commonly-used windows in a speed-dial arrangement for me, but it didn't seem to work that way.

That's what I see when i open a new tab on Chrome.  As well as a list of recently closed tabs.
On two occasions, I have been asked [by members of Parliament], "Pray, Mr. Babbage, if you put into the machine wrong figures, will the right answers come out?" I am not able to rightly apprehend the kind of confusion of ideas that could provoke such a question.
