This is a lose-lose for everyone involved, and I'm sitting here smiling in pleasure at the whole sichy-ation.

A lose for Bieber if he is the father, because he'll certainly lose his Disney endorsement after behavior like that.

A lose for Bieber if he isn't the father, because he'll be dragged through the mud and it will come out that he had underage sex and he'll lose his Disney endorsement.

A lose for the woman if he is the father, because she'll get locked up for statutory rape of an underage celebrity.  Dumbass.

A lose for the woman if he isn't the father because Disney/Bieber will sue her into the stone age for defamation.

A lose for Disney, just because Disney sucks and is teh Devil and is teh stoopid and too technicolor-innocent-commercialized-sanitized, all rolled into one annoying package.

Seeing the topic title, I sort of figured it would be this story. 

I was wondering about the statutory rape aspect as well.  However, it would have to have actually happened at that point.  Also, some California judge might still pump him for a crap load of child support anyway.

Reading a couple of different articles and her story is that he had her escorted backstage and was talking to her and another girl.  They "hit" it off and he suggested something more private.  Wound up in a bathroom.  Really, here you are Justin Bieber and you couldn't even take her to your dressing room. :facepalm:

He came on to her according to her story and claimed it was his first time.  Didn't use a condomn because it was his first time and wanted to feel it.  She said it lasted all of 30 secs.

So biggest question, how many more come out of the woodwork that had sex with him and he said it was his first time?

Wouldn't be the first time a court has nailed a guy for child support even then the mother was hit for statutory rape as well. According to another news article Bieber was 16 at the time which is the age of consent in Michigan so mumsy may be off the hook for rape charges.

Does California have any rules about the relative age of the participants.  In Texas, if the two are within 3 years of each other in age, it is not statutory rape.  I heard she was 19 and he was 16 so it would depends when their birthdays were if Cali has similar laws.

Either way, I am not certain I would convict if on a jury.  I think he knew exactly what he was doing.

That goes without saying. There have been enough cases of guys getting socked with child support for children not their own (by women they've never had sex with) that he either has to contest it, or start cutting checks...
