I ordered 1000ct Prvi Partisan .223 cases on Oct 28th.

With free shipping (and an awesome price nowadays of $16.99/100ct), they were on my doorstep on Nov 1st.

That's just outfreakinstanding.  On all fronts.

I just finished brokering a group buy of CCI primers from Grafs.  Didn't get free shipping on those (got a better price instead, $20/1000), the shipping and insurance was only $27 for 48 pounds plus $25 for the hazmat, and I had them in 4 days.

The FedEx guy didn't deliver until almost 6:00PM.  I told him I thought he'd be in a bigger hurry to get a 50# box of high explosives off his truck ;)  (he said he didn't know what it was)

The ammo drop we've all been waiting on seems to be finally coming.

I've been seeing the first time indications of a few deals of 1k cases of loaded 5.56 for under $300.

Brownells just circulated a 420rd ammo can deal for $150. I thought that was decent.

I've been getting mil spec 5.56 at $300/1000 for about six months now...just have to know where to shop :)

Now...when ss109 drops below 360/1000, I'll be happy :)

What brands?

If it's reman USA ammo, Georgia Arms, and the like, I don't want nothing to do with it.

Federal (but not XM193), Black Hills, ASYM Precision, and Privi are what I prefer.

Fed 855 steel core/blue tip battle pack (420 rounds on stripper clips in steel ammo can) for $140. 1000rds PMC bronze .223 55gr fmj $265!! He's out of the PMC, hopes to be gettin more, same price.

Wish I had more to invest!

I'm gonna have to pick up some of that 855!

I picked up 3k rnds of PMC for 900 six months ago..,so it's really coming down!  Awesome.
