At that price I was going to say "Get a DSLR that does video", but this one appears to have pretty good specs. Tiny sensor, but the full-time autofocus which a DSLR won't have probably makes up for it. It's going to have great low-light performance as well. I did some googling and its max aperture is 1.8-3.4, very good!
