I had never watched this show for a number of reasons.
The wife had it on Sunday night, and it was great!
Lou Ferrigno was completely destroyed by Lisa Lampanelli in the board room.

Lou turned Benedict Arnold on the team, and Lampanelli cut him to shreds.
Lou was so PO'd that he developed a tick in his cheek that kept getting worse the more Lampanelli hammered him.

I was laughing so hard that I was barely able to hit the record button on the DVR.

It was good!

I didn't watch it, but Adam Corolla's after-action report (he was an early ejectee) was pretty good, as was Arsenio Hall's.  Apparently, though not surprisingly, there was a lot that isn't shown that completely changes the timbre of the episodes.
