If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Already talk of the wealthy bailing out.

But of course - would YOU sit still and take a promised 75% tax because you're one of the "evil rich?" Pretty sure I'd have to bail, too.

Always get a kick out of the socialists that want to really stick it to the evil rich. I have to figure they really are to stupid to figure out that if they stick it to them hard enough the rich will just take their toys money and go play somewhere else.

Well the real kicker is the proposed 45% tax on earning above 150,000 euro. Sounds not much worse than our taxation, but you figure a VAT on everything, $6 gas and who knows what other taxes and it becomes pretty iffy.
