I read that customs officials said the capsules were made from dead babies and infants . . . did someone actually implement A Modest Proposal?

Well, if it replaces the trade in rhino horns, shark fins, gall bladders from bears and numerous other "cures" that may be leading to the depletion of those animals can it be all bad?

The one thing that people in many countries are very adept at, is making more people. Some animals are having issues in that regard.
