Zippo's work better. Bic's overheat and kaboom too quickly, plus you'll burn your fingers. It's ok for one or two bursts, but for substaned fire (<-- holy crap! I wrote a PUN! I never can do THAT!) you need a zippo type lighter.

I have some buddies in India. And I did promise Mrs Smith a birthday present...

I'm quite sure that would violate multiple international laws, possibly unleash a lethal invasive species into the US, and probably get a number of folks killed (near certainty to include myself)...  But dang would it be worth it.

I would never "shoo" a spider that large, I would back away and reach for a weapon of some sort, even a large rock would do if lacking a .410 of some kind.

I would never "shoo" a spider that large, I would back away and reach for a weapon of some sort, even a large rock would do if lacking a .410 of some kind.

That leaf, being unidentified, does little to provide scale, except to say "larger than the leaf".

I'mm not necessarily worried about overkill, but more that certain calibers may create toxic splatter rather than penetration and internal hydrostatic shock.

Somebody go put a body part next to that thing so I can judge size better.
