OK, pretty simple so far. A statement identifying the individial as being ignorant of the topic at hand.
The last part:
it can't be good
Here is where things get interesting. How can a person claim both ignorance and knowledge of a topic in the same sentance? Well, there are two ways that could be. Either they are simply making up some B.S. or they are simply liars.
Which is it werewolf? Are you lying about knowing anything about psychiatry or are you blowing a lot of hot air?
