Robert Bork, RIP.

I guess in all the CT shooting news, this tidbit fell through the cracks.

I simply wonder what the USSC would have been like with him there in stead of Anthony Kennedy.

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

Why, that's simple. It would be a court that forces women into back-alley abortions, segregates lunch counters, allows rogue police to break down citizens' doors in midnight raids, won't let schoolchildren learn about evolution, and censors writers and artists at whim.

I'm just getting my information from Ted Kennedy. You wouldn't dare speak ill of a dead statist, would you?

How about a dead statist speaking ill of a dead statist?
