Great fix for firefox
« on: January 20, 2013, 08:48:20 PM »
Does anyone get annoyed that fire fox never seems to want to remember passwords for some websites?
The cause is a bit of script some people put in there sites to prevent it. The code in question is autocomplete=off
I stops your browser form working the way you want it to.
The solution.
Install the grease monkey plug in and add this script.

For anyone that does not know grease monkey can be used to fix all kinds of things on annoying sites.
I needed a mod to change my signature because the concept of "family friendly" eludes me.
Just noticed that a mod changed my signature. How long ago was that?

Will it make Fistful go away?
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

If you know how to write java script it would be possible.

I consume java on a regular basis, and it has had no such effect.

never_retreat, thank you.  I had a device at work that wouldn't allow me to save the password and now it does.  Sweet!
