The gun owner who responded shot 1 dog. Police officer responds to sound of gunfire. Police officer shoots the other 2 dogs.
Interesting tidbit:
The boy took a bullet in the foot.
Anyone want to lay odds on the relationship between prosecution of the gun owner, and the source of the bullet in the boy's foot?
