That's the only pistol still available at my local bass pro, only because its standard mag is less than 7 rounds.

I can see how a publicly traded company might have fiduciary problems restricting a large portion of their sales by refusing to do business with NY, but it'd be a poke in the eye if they deliberately chose to produce factory 8 round mags, regardless of the utility, for even the tiny autos and call them "New York Specials."
