He better be quick or the tree folks will find another pilot. $$$$$ per hour. We used to use a chopper with a long line (200') in the forests on the Olympic peninsula to fly out shake bolts to the nearest road. Most pilots were ex military with Vietnam experience, so they were not bothered too much by trees.
It got exciting when the pilot would decide we had too heavy a load slung and cut it loose 100 feet up- it would rain blocks of cedar...
