It would appear that a lower court can't read:

A federal appeals court in New York found the board's policy to be a violation of the Constitution's Establishment Clause, which forbids any government "endorsement" of religion.

My copy of the Bill of Rights must be defective. I can't find the word "endorse" in the First Amendment.

Sad day really. I'm sure we'll see Mother Church burning atheists at the stake soon, since we're apparently in a theocratic war on non-believers now according to the press.
