Obama's 12th unanimous SCOTUS slap-down
« on: June 26, 2014, 06:52:22 PM »
Obama was, once again, spanked by all nine members of the Court. They ruled that he broke the law in making recess appointments whilst the Senate was in session.

Of course, one must wonder if the illegitimate appointees are actually going anywhere. If they do, I guess he'll need Blago's advice on some new candidates.

Amazing considering the lefties he's put on the court.

Since the appointees were illegitimate and unconstitutional, doesn't this automatically void all their actions, decisions, and rulings?
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.

One would logically expect that, but I doubt that anything will happen along those lines.  In fact, my money is on them remaining in office, despite their illegitimacy.
If there really was intelligent life on other planets, we'd be sending them foreign aid.

This.
The GOP and it's quisling leadership won't remove them.
The DOJ won't enforce it.

The court has made their ruling, now let them enforce it.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

That's what I was figuring, which I think says a lot for how egregious what he's been doing is. Most of the time the party in power seems to rationalize the bad stuff as "we're doing it, so it's okay" (see Patriot Act). When your own appointees fear what you're doing because of potential future abuses by whoever is in power, you might want to start rethinking your "fundamentally changing the United States" gig.

That is what I expect. Holder is still in office. Lois Lerner is doing just fine, thank you.
