Maybe. Or maybe the GOP majority would rubber stamp anything that the WH pushed through because it was coming from Their Team, and we'd get Medicare Part D and No Child Left Behind etc etc again.

I got an autographed copy of that - well it was autographed by everybody but the midget.  It came inside the box of cereal.

Yes, but it's coming back minus the TAA, which what was really voted down.  The Fast Track Trade bill will likely pass without the TAA linked to it.  Today's vote gave cover and deniability to folks that would really rather pass FTT.
