Colorado mag-ban on the ropes?

Quote
This Tuesday, April 12th Senate Bill 113 was put to a vote and passed 20-13. What SB 113 will do for Colorado residents is eliminate the 15-Round magazine capacity limit....In order to make SB 113 official law it must now be passed in the Colorado House. Right now it needs to be sent to a committee referral before anything else. At some point in the future it will come to a vote, and residents of the state and all others watching can only hope it passes the House as well.

Is this likely to become law? Has this been voted on before?

Doesn't matter.  If it gets through both houses, our clueless party hack "never heard a Party plank I wouldn't go for" Governor Hickenlooper will veto it.  The guy's a spineless Party puppet.

I wonder if there's a way to bring some pressure. Tell Hickenlooper that it'll mollify the gun nuts or something in time for the November presidential elections, smooth things for Hillary a bit.
I promise not to duck.

He'll probably veto it and then blame a staffer for giving him bad advice.

What's required to override the veto?  They have 60% right now (20-13).

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

S.O.P. for Hick's handlers.

I believe but cannot prove that The Party has been dangling a Senatorship carrot in front of him to make sure he keeps pulling the wagon straight ahead along the Party Path.
