Houston Area Help Needed

Is anyone here knowledgable about the Houston area? In particular, I'm looking for a couple of very nice restaurants in the area.

My wife wants to send a couple relatives out for dinner, but we've never been to Houston. Price isn't really a consideration, we're just looking for great food and good atmosphere.

There is a kack-ass steak house out towards Katy.  I can't remember the name right now but I had the best filet ever in that place.  I'll call my buddy and ask him.

I like Fogo de Chao, for steak/beef type stuff
