Well, it was a production number, as you can tell from the continuity cuts and costume changes. I imagine it's difficult to be that active in dancing and prancing and still be able to sing, although stage dancers and singers can do it during live performances. But they're all super fit.
Probably lip-synched by her to final edited taped segments of the actual activity.
