Yet another poor soul who bought into Schiff's "taxation is illegal so don't pay" scheme.

A good lesson, especially for some members, that just because you think the Constitution means X don't make it so.

When one of these tax-protest attorneys gives the usual bad advice, he ain't the one who goes to the joint.  A buddy of mine learned that the hard way, even though it was misdemeanor level.  A year and a month in Big Spring for being stubborn/stupid, not crooked.

Really? Then why is Schiff doing hard time after a painfully obvious Kangaroo court hearing?

Why?

Because our dutifully appointed and hired-on civil servants have more people and more guns.

When you have a Court hearing like this I would say you hit a nerve of something that the .gov dosnt want the masses tofind out.

US Vs Irwin Schiff
Quote
    Prosecutor: Objection! Irrelevant!

    Judge Dawson: Sustained!

Irwin Schiff: The income tax law is irrelevant?

Judge Dawson: I will not allow the law in my courtroom!

Irwin Schiff: But the Supreme Court said in the Cheek decision . . .

    Judge Dawson: Irrevelant! Denied!

Irwin Schiff: The Supreme Court is irrelevant?

    Judge Dawson: Irrevelant! Denied!
