Too close to the neighbors.
If ye love wealth better than liberty, the tranquility of servitude better than the animating contest of freedom, go home from us in peace. We ask not your counsels or your arms. Crouch down and lick the hands which feed you. May your chains set lightly upon you, and may posterity forget that you were our countrymen.

Strange auction. It runs as long as the seller feels like keeping it open, and it can be closed at any time if the seller gives three days' notice.

And you're not buying the patch of seabed it sits on, and there's no clear explanation of just what that means.

Looks like it needs some work. Wonder what the supports are like below the water line.

What I found interesting is the comment " . . . the tower being past the 26 mile Federal and State limits is not subject to taxation or laws other than international."

So . . . no NFA restrictions? And . . . does anyone know where to get some WWII (or later) turrets each of which could house a pair of .50 BMGs or perhaps something larger?  >:D

Would make a nice second vacation home lair if you were the guy who bought that old Norwegian submarine base that was up for sale a couple of years ago.
Trump won in 2016. Democrats haven't been so offended since Republicans came along and freed their slaves.
