Correct me if I'm wrong...

But doesn't there have to be evidence of a crime first ??  Don't AG's and LEA's investigate crimes and not people ?? When did that change to targeting people, without evidence of any crime being committed first ??  When did we become a totalitarian state ??

Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.

When it became fashionable to hate Trump and resist everything he does. It just shows that she is "woke" enough to be proactive and target a specific family because of political ideology. Why not Bloomberg or other rich liberal who has probably done the same or much more than Trump? Because it doesn't fit the agenda.

They must be planning on using the WI democrat model:
1. Open vague, wide scoped John Doe investigation.
2. Send swarms of JBTs to kick in doors early in the morning and confiscate personal papers and computers/devices of anyone associated with target.
3. Have friendly judge issue gag orders barring the victims from saying anything about the raids.
4. Sift through confiscated materials, look for anything incriminating, leak false innuendos about wrongdoings to the press.
5. Find nothing wrong, but continue to harass the victims.
6. Fail to return confiscated items when ordered by a higher court.
7. Start new round of investigations after higher court orders first investigation shut down.
8. Continue to leak lies to the press.

The DA's involved could have been thrown in a deep dark hole forever if we didn't have a complete useless pussy for a State A.G.

Addendum: The DA's and assistant DA's involved also met with Obama administration officials as well as Lois Lerner and John Koskinen of the IRS during or before the investigation.

The TDS is about expected there. To me, what will be critical to keep tabs on are non-Trump crimes she does and does not investigate and people she does and does not prosecute in that state. The current indication is that she'll be prosecuting (or not) based on politics and social policy and not the law.

I'd hate to be unexpectedly diverted through JFK with a legal handgun on my way between VT and FL or something starting next year. Not that it's not bad now, but I'm guessing it will be "maximum sentence" starting next year.

[ [tinfoil] [tinfoil] [tinfoil] ]

I'm starting to believe that once the demon-crats eventually and inevitably regain the presidency and the house nad senate all bets are off and it will be full scale fascist-socialism and there is not a damn thing we can do to stop it.
We are daily seeing ever more evidence that "the rule of law" only applies to some. The elitists on the left use the constitution as toilet paper and even token resistance from the right is persecuted and pilloried beyond belief.
The democrats don't give a rats rectum what their erstwhile constituents think or want and do what ever they damn well please to enrich themselves and their crooked friends with impunity. The republitards are not noticeably any better.

I've believed for a long time that this republic as we know it is doomed. We are in an unrecoverable death spiral with one hell of a crash waiting at the end. The only thing we don't know is how soon and how deep the crater will be.
I had some faint, maybe even naive hope, that Trump and the republicrats could possibly get this ship of state into a longer glide path so maybe the crater wouldn't be so deep, I'm over that.
It would not surprise me to learn come January that there are enough anti-Trump "republican" senators to enable the democrats to push their anti-Trump agenda.

We do indeed live in interesting times.

They are talking door to door confiscation of those EVIL "high capacity" magazines in NJ(?) NOW. I predict dead cops should that come to pass.

If Democrats are patient enough, they can just make them illegal or heavily licensed and then sit back and wait a couple generations.  The tradition of gun ownership will be largely erased.

IMO, if they get enough power to do this, I don't think they will have the patience.  They will want to move forward immediately.

They’ve exercised patience long enough on social issues to know when the time was right and enshrine their vision in law.

A whimper, no bang.
For the invisible things of him since the creation of the world are clearly seen, being perceived through the things that are made, even his everlasting power and divinity, that they may be without excuse. Because knowing God, they didn’t glorify him as God, and didn’t give thanks, but became vain in their reasoning, and their senseless heart was darkened. Professing themselves to be wise, they became fools.
