I didn't even know the Kardashians sent out a Christmas card.  Mine must be lost in the mail.

Best Christmas Lights Near Me

Sounds about right, holiday lights looking is a big deal, even have night time rides dedicated to it. A couple friends and I hosted one last week, 2nd year doing it, decided we will do it again. We had over 100 fellow bike riders on the ride.

Not biking, but driving around was always a big thing when I was a kid. A few neighborhoods were so done up many people parked and just walked the neighborhood, as it was easier than fighting traffic.

I never see that kind of decorating around here anymore, nor is the "neighborhood Christmas lights tour" much of a thing anymore in these parts. Makes me a little sad.

What's up with Texas? And Washington, Boxing Day?

And Washington, Boxing Day?

Thanks to Corner Gas, I have learned that Boxing Day, besides it's actual meaning, is the Black Friday of the countries that celebrate it. So I suppose a lot of Seattleites head North for savings.

I've done a ~20 mile meander around town with a lit Christmas tree on the bike trailer.  Tossed the tree to reduce bulk in the last move, though, so I'll be checking Wally World for really cheap, lightweight ones suitable for trailer mounting the next couple of days.

Still wondering about the three states desperately trying to find the URL for Amazon.com's website, though.

I'm surprised illinois' wasn't "U-haul".
Some days even my lucky rocketship underpants won't help.

Bring me my Broadsword and a clear understanding.
Get up to the roundhouse on the cliff-top standing.
Take women and children and bed them down.
Bless with a hard heart those that stand with me.
Bless the women and children who firm our hands.
Put our backs to the north wind.
Hold fast by the river.
Sweet memories to drive us on,
for the motherland.
