I'm not convinced.
A transliteration of the arabic comes back as "Saakif" I suppose if you heard it said, it might sound like Covfefe (with a soft C), but I'd need more than what is in the article to accept it.
If the screencaps are to be believed, Google tried to make what they thought to be a poor transliteration into a misspelling just to make Trump look bad. That seems extreme, even for those snakes.
But, I've been surprised by the pettiness of our "betters" many times before.
