That article seems to feel that if the delta between higher and lower cost groups is eliminated by law, then everyone will be offered the lower price rates. One of the idiots even talks about how giving other people a discount "cost some people with lower incomes or fewer education credentials hundreds of dollars a year."
I suspect it's much more likely that the discounts are eliminated, and everyone just pays the higher rates. I wonder who will be "costing those poor people hundreds a year" then?
